Description
Bisci is tucked into the Apennine mountains of Le Marche, with calcareous clay soils and a southern exposure. Fermented and aged in glass-lined cement tank.
Tasting Notes: bright aromas of apple, pear, peach, citrus blossom, herbs, flinty minerality and honey. Pink grapefruit and summer herbs accent the almond-ey finish.
