Francesc Ricart Brut Cava, despite the 14 months it spends on lees in-bottle, is a much fresher and brighter style of Cava than usual; the more typical brioche and nutty notes take a backseat to tropical fruits and citrus. Made from Parallada, Macabeo, and Xarello grapes.
