Shipping Information

What shipping methods are available?

In order to request delivery, please email us at info@crestwoodfinewines.com, or call us at (780)-455-0500

Currently, we only offer delivery in Edmonton. A $15 delivery charge will apply to orders less than $100.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Order?

We encourage you to email us at info@crestwoodfinewines.com to discuss a delivery time with us. We like to be prompt, but as delivery is taken care of in-house, we cannot guarantee 24hr delivery. Please note that our web and in-store product inventory is not always accurate. In such a situation we will inform you and try to resolve the issue.

If you were unable to receive your shipment, we will make a second attempt after reaching out to you. A shipment that is not deliverable after two attempts will be requested for self-pickup. The delivery fee will not be refunded.

Adult Signature Required
All deliveries require a signature and proof of age verification (legal age to purchase alcohol) upon arrival. It is highly recommended that a person (over the minimum age limit) is present and can sign at the time of delivery. If no one is available to sign for the delivery additional shipping charges will apply
Do I Need An Account To Place Order?

Yes, you will need to set up a web account if you are purchasing online.

Delivery Delay

We do our best for a seamless and on-time delivery. In certain circumstances that are beyond our control, we will do our best to rectify the issue.

Return Information

All sales are final. Under certain circumstances and at the sole discretion of the Management, return merchandise will subject to 15% restocking and shipment fee.
