What shipping methods are available?
Currently, we deliver in Edmonton and surrounding areas only. A $15 delivery charge will apply to order less than one hundred dollars.
How Long Will it Take To Get My Order?
An order placed before 10 am will be delivered before 6 pm on that day, depending upon product availability and other factors. If you miss the order deadline, you can expect your shipment by 6 pm the following day. Please note that our web and instore product inventory is not always accurate. In such a situation we will inform you and try to resolve the issue. If you were unable to receive your shipment upon delivery, we will make a second attempt within the next 24 to 48 hours. A shipment that is not deliverable after two attempts will be requested for self-pickup.

Delivery Delay
We do our best for a seamless and on-time delivery. In certain circumstances that are beyond our control, we will do our best to rectify the issue.
Return Information
All sales are final. Under certain circumstances and at the sole discretion of the Management, return merchandise will subject to 15% restocking and shipment charges.
